Don’t Stick Around: Unity Game

“Don’t Stick Around” emmerses the player into a horror, woodland forest, tasking them with surviving the night. As the player, navigate throughout the forest to gather firewood to keep your campfire lit, all while avoiding a creature that lurks in the shadows. As a group, the team undertook this project as to produce a 3D game that focused on using various assets, creating an enemy movement A.I. system in game, and an enjoyable experience that could be expanded upon in the future.

For this project, I took on the roles as the producer and a programmer. My duties involved organizing the other team members to complete the tasks of designing the gameplay level, along with the necessary U.I. With my responsibility, I programmed the movement of the player controller, while working with other programmers to set up the enemy controller, environmental obstacles, object collection system, and overall gameplay loop. This final prototype showcases the entire gameplay loop, with room for the team to continue expanding the game in the future.
